You'll be surprised to see the ease with which this restaurant recipe can be prepared at home. Our first restaurant recipe is called as grilled summer peppers with freshly cut bay leaves. For this recipe you'll need 2 medium red peppers and 2 medium yellow peppers. You'll also need 3 bay leaves (only fresh bay leaves), some olive oil and table salt and pepper. Now for preparing this awesome restaurant recipe you must first place the red and yellow peppers on the hottest part of the grill. When the peppers turn black on all sides, remove them and allow them to cool in a covered container. On cooling, scrape off the blackened skin from the peppers and rub some olive oil on each pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the bay leaves on the pepper such that no single pepper is left untouched. Now after keeping it for one hour like this apply some more oil to the peppers and reheat on mild heating for about 25 seconds each side. Your delicious restaurant like recipe is ready at home with least minimal effort. This serves four.
